The Brief

Vivo Healthcare was preparing to launch its first premium-tier facility in Jacksonville. The interiors were designed by HHDESIGNERS. Construction was led by Legacy United. The building was ready to set a new standard.

Mozart was brought in to build the brand story around it — identity, signage, print, digital, merch, fleet, and the on-site experience — coordinated so the brand felt as considered as the architecture.

We also used the moment to evolve Vivo's existing mark into something more premium, uplifting, and inspiring. A mark that lives alongside their current branding as the visual signature of a new premium-tier portfolio.

Taking the existing mark and lifting it.

We refined Vivo's existing identity into something more premium, uplifting, and inspiring. A mark Taylor Manor could carry on its own — and a visual signature Vivo can deploy across future premium-tier facilities.

02 · Color Story

The palette, lifted from the rooms.

HHDESIGNERS set the interior language. We extracted the four colors that already lived in the building and made them the brand's official palette. The identity reads the same whether you're standing in the lobby or holding a business card.

First impressions, built in stone and brass.

Monument signage at the entry, building marks, and dimensional sign systems that match the architectural language of the facility.

04 · Identity System

The system, on paper.

Stationery, business cards, admissions folders, and the print suite — the parts of the brand families and visitors hold in their hands.

05 · The Interior, Branded

Where the architecture and the brand meet.

Reception identity, wayfinding through the memory care wing, and the wall murals that mark common spaces. The brand lived inside the building, not just on the billboard.

Taste is assumed. Consistency is engineered. The brand is the business, expressed at every touchpoint.

06 · The Welcome

The first 24 hours, designed.

Welcome boxes waiting in the suite before move-in. Robes, journals, herbal teas, handwritten notes. The first thing a resident touches in their new home is part of the brand.

07 · Touchpoint Moments

The small moments that turn into stories.

The personalized welcome sign waiting on move-in day. The caregiver remembering a resident's name. The mural a daughter recognizes from a tour weeks earlier. These are the touchpoints families talk about.

08 · Apparel & Merch

Staff uniforms and merch, treated like product.

Polos, outerwear, lapel pins, and water bottles built to feel like a premium brand line. Worn by staff, given to families, traded between residents.

09 · The Fleet

The brand moving through the city.

Three shuttle wraps for resident transport and outings. The mark scales up, the palette holds at highway speed.

10 · Digital & Social

The brand on every screen it lives on.

Social templates for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. App and watch presence for staff and families. Same palette, same voice, every surface.
